Potters Bar put on a lot of pressure in the first half, with Southgate Adelaide hardly having an attack. Unfortunately it didn't create a material advantage as it only resulted in a couple of easy saves for their keeper.

The second half was much more even, with Southgate Adelaide going 1-0 up half way through it with a goal from a short corner. This helped motivate them and we were forced to defend tight for the next 10 minutes until we managed to scrap out an equaliser.

Overall good performance from the side with a couple of new youngsters playing who should hopefully grow into our attack as the season progresses.
