Potters Bar 2nd XI v WGC 4th XI

The Mens 2s had a hard-fought home tie against local rivals, Welwyn. A very physical opposing team provided stiff competition but Bar certainly played the more attacking hockey and spent the majority of the game camped in the Welwyn half. Bar took the lead early on through new recruit Andrew Jones. However, 2 lapses in concentration resulted a 2-1 loss, which considering how much possession the 2s had will leave Bar feeling rather hard done by.
